Realty ONE Leads in Per-Person Productivity

The agents at ONE Group have been busy. According to the 2017 Trends 500 report, which ranks the performance of the top residential brokerage firms, Realty ONE Group saw a 268.2 percent increase in per-person productivity from 2008 to 2017—the highest in the country. Coldwell Banker Hoenig Bell in Joliet, Ill., followed with 141.1 percent.

Realty ONE Group also saw 1,372.7 percent growth in its business during that same time period, second behind Keller Williams The Rawls Group in Atlanta, which experienced 1,927.8 percent growth. “This recognition validates the financial investment, and more importantly, the investment of time and effort that has been dedicated by Realty ONE Group to improving the lives of the local real estate professional,” says Kuba Jewgieniew, who founded the company in 2005.

NRT, LLC, which is part of Realogy and operates Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, ZipRealty, and others, ranked number one on the REAL Trends 500 list in total sides and volume, followed by HomeServices of .
