Lagos NIESV gets new exco, holds investiture

New Executive of Nigerian Institution of Estate surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), State branch, Bridget Oranye (sitting); Olabisi Demola-Alade and Omotola Ahamioje. The Nigerian Institution of Estate surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State branch will hold the investiture of the Rogba Orimolade, led Executive council on Tuesday at the Civic Centre in Victoria Island.

The programme will be under the chairmanship of Prof. (Mrs) Modupe Omirin, a profession of Estate management, University of Lagos and Dr. Chidi Amuta, Chairman, Outcome Communication Limited will be the guest speaker while Chief JAO Olopade is the special guest of honour.

Lagos branch popularly called ‘The Very Branch’ held its election in two months ago. The new executives include Dotun Bamignola (vice chairman); Bridget Ndali Oranye (secretary); Tosin Adebowale Kadiri (treasurer); Moses Chukwumankpam ( secretary) and Richard Monday Olodu (Publicity Secretary)

Other council officials are Oyeniyi Oladipupo Olagoke (Ass. Secretary); Omotola Omowumi Ahamioje (un-official); Olabisi Omotayo Demola-Alade (un-official); Rawlings Chibuzor Ehumadu (un-official) Olugbenga Oladipupo Ismail (un-official) and Offiong Samuel Ukpong (immediate past chairman).

Orimalade, the new chairman is a fellow of both the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom.
