The Chief Executive Officer of TAF Africa Homes, Mustapha Njie was among the winners of the 7th All Africa Business Leaders Awards (AABLA), West Africa edition staged at the Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos.
Held in Partnership with CNBC Africa, the event attracted the winners VIP guests, media and stakeholders as well as West Africa finalists.
The winners will now go on to compete with Southern and East African winners in the AABLA finale on November 30 in Sandton. The West Africa judging process was done in conjunction with Lagos Business School.
An elated Njie said that the award is a reward for hard work and encourages him to provide more affordable housing in countries, where the company operates.
Taf Africa Homes is an ambitious developer with presence in eight African countries including Nigeria, Cameroon, Rwanda, Togo, Senegal, Cote D’voire and Gambia. Its largest developments so far are the RivTaf Golf Estate in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and The Brufut Garden in The Gambia.
RivTaf Golf Estate, a joint venture project between the Taf Nigeria Homes and the Rivers State government, is an ambitious project that has delivered 750 housing units in its first phase. The second phase which has a nine-hole Golf Course Resort and a natural lake, promises about 250 affordable housing units .
