A real estate<\/a> company, GOT Formation limited is seeking partners and investors for its proposed estate development plan in Abuja, Lagos, Rivers and other states in Nigeria.<\/p>\n

GOT Formation is a limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Act of 1990 with registration number \u2013RC 880753 registered in 2010 that specialises in Real Estate development, civil and engineering construction, property management, property sales and letting.<\/p>\n

The company offers<\/a> investors the opportunity of earning 32% Return on Investment by getting a monthly return on investment from the 10th month of initial investment. It also offers a return on capital plus last profits by the fifteenth month and the opportunity for rollover and continuous investments in other projects.<\/p>\n

Managing director of the company, Talabi Ayobami, said the idea is to bring land and house ownership to the doorstep of the ordinary Nigerian who wants to own a house as it will be done in batches.<\/p>\n

Ayobami disclosed that the proposed estate development project will begin with about 24 units of luxury and affordable apartments at the heart of Adeniyi Jones Ikeja estimated to the tune of N1.4B.<\/p>\n

He enjoined investors to invest<\/a> in the venture while highlighting the possible gains from the investments.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoin us in this building project and earn interests on funds<\/a> invested. Your interests are derivable from a percentage on contributors fund, the sale of the apartments to bidders and we will be glad to discuss these investment opportunities with you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ayobami said: \u201cApart from the rewarding financial gains, as an investor, you will also be part of the improvement of the Nigerian economy as this project will infuse cash into the economy, provide employment opportunities to some Nigerians, fulfill the Nigerian Dream home ownership to Nigerians at home and in Diaspora and to the overall development of the country through Government earnings on Taxation.\u201d<\/p>\n

He stated that the rationale behind the Capital Project Investment Fund is to make the acquisition of choice properties easy as the company has a lot of proposed projects in real estate investment<\/a> waiting for investors to benefit from.<\/p>\n

Ayobami said while GOT Formation Limited will focus on project construction, a subsidiary of the company- Zircon-Laurel Investment Limited, will be in charge of the capital project investment fund, disbursement, management and accountability of investors and projects.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
