It is tailored to cater for the upwardly-mobile family lifestyle fit for investment and features family-friendly facilities like a gym, garden, playground, swimming pool, central water supply and central sewage system among others,\u201d Adekola\u00a0 said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the mini estate will be secured with a three-gate security point, CCTV surveillance to boost security, treated water and a minimum of 18 hours guaranteed power supply.<\/p>\n<p>For easy purchase, Adekola said subscribers could make 40 per cent advance payment with the balance spread over 12 months, pointing out that the off-plan sale for the one-bedroom\u00a0 apartment is N15,000,000, N25,000,000 for two-bedroom flat, N38,000,000 for three- bedroom terraces, while the four-bedroom terrace apartment is being sold for N48,000,000.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that Homework is driven by the passion to create world class estates, which set it apart in the industry.
