Consumers can vote online for design amenities like flooring, cabinetry, <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/transform-your-home-with-creative-house-painting-designs\/\">paint<\/a> colors, and countertops. The features that nab the most votes will be built into model homes in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers can enter their design picks at www.mymodelhomeproject.com.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a chance for home shoppers to truly influence the look and feel of the next generation of model homes that we build,\u201d says Graham Hughes, chief consumer officer for Taylor Morrison. \u201cOur tagline is \u2018Homes Inspired by You\u2019 and this is one of the ways we deliver on that promise. By learning about today\u2019s home buyers\u2019 preferences, in a variety of locations, we can bring to life the latest design options that today\u2019s customers want.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Taylor Morrison has sponsored \u201cvote for your favorite\u201d design features previously to guide outfitting their model homes. They first debuted the online campaign in 2015, where more than 30,000 people visited their site to <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/tips-for-house-price-negotiation\/\">offer<\/a> design input on the model homes.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor Morrison\u2019s most latest design project will run through the remainder of the year.
