Dunvale Court, an estate of three bed and four bed terraces as well as units of one and two bedroom apartments, both situated along Orchid <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/choosing-the-perfect-hotel-for-your-stay\/\">Hotel<\/a>, Lekki, Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Homework Development and Properties Limited, Jide Adekola, an architect, changed the perception of foreign investors on the sector at a conference organised by the Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas (ANPA) in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.<\/p>\n<p>Adekola who spoke at the conference that attracted several hundreds of physicians and other professionals, created an awareness that there are professionals in the sector who are able to provide quality products in due time.<\/p>\n<p>He provided a platform, which aided in changing perception that foreign investors would not get value for money or might get scammed in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>He affirmed that ANPA members, who have benefited from the unswerving services of the company, requested that Homework should participate in the conference in order to take the Nigerian success story to the outside world.<\/p>\n<p>Adekola said that the event exposed Homework to ANPA\u2019s publications, increased networking and sales leads, the needs of customers and the property market.
