including those that breach the legally permitted 30 metres proximity to the high tension,<\/p>\n<p>Shuaibu said that the demolition have to take place in public interest, especially when safety of lives are involved but advised estate developers to always approach the Department of Development Control for necessary approvals so that issues to stop illegal allocation to developers.<\/p>\n<p>Also speaking, the Director of Development Control, Galadima Muktar said it is unfortunate that despite the official marking of the\u00a0 structures\u00a0 to halt further development work , many of the developers still went ahead went to build.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>\t\t\t<br class=\"clear\"\/><br \/>\n\t\t\t<br class=\"clear\"\/><\/p><\/div>\n<p><a hre=\"http:\/\/guardian.ng\/property\/fcta-to-demolish-illegal-shanties-others\/\"> Guardian <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over 750 illegal shanties and some developed property risks demolition by the Federal Capital Development Administration &hellip;
