Lagos-based property development firm, Messrs Tetramanor has announced plans to expand its housing<\/a> schemes in the mainland area, with 40-units of homes in the Ebuta-Metta axis of Lagos.<\/p>\n

The new project called; TM Meadows, about five-minutes from the Third Mainland Bridge consist of 40 units of two, three and four bedrooms all fully finished and having maid\u2019s rooms.<\/p>\n

The estate features two parking lots for each unit with ample parking for visitors, gardens and a playground, a supermarket, 24 hours surveillance with a Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and full-time security among other facilities.<\/p>\n

The company promised to install gas-powered generators in order to drastically bring down the cost of service charges for residents. For sport lovers, the estates also will features a jogging track, gym and a mini basketball court. Most striking of all, on the potentials of the project, is a rooftop lounge with views of the Lagos lagoon.<\/p>\n

Speaking with The Guardian in Lagos on the proposed project, the Chief Executive Officer of Tetramanor Limited, Mr. John Beecroft stated that; \u201cthe vision behind TM Meadows is to help further the work being done by the Lagos State government, led by Gov. Ambode, to bridge the massive housing gap of about three million units that exists in the state. And we have chosen the Lagos Mainland environs because that is where the demand gap is most heavily felt. This is in determination of the goal to provide choice but reasonably priced residential housing in Lagos state\u201d.<\/p>\n

Beecroft, an engineer, disclosed that the total cost of the project is N1.4billion and expected to create job opportunity for artisans and other professionals in the housing sector as well as boost the economic of the state and Ebuta-Metta area.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cOur layout has been carefully designed to maximise space, yet still providing adequate space for recreational purposes. As such, the estate consists of six blocks containing a mix of apartments, maisonettes and penthouses. \u201d<\/p>\n

He further declared that the proximity of TM Meadows to the Third Mainland Bridge would significantly reduce commute times for those working on the Island, promote better health, and more time with loved ones. While for Mainland workers, driving to work and back would be against traffic, hence shorter times on the road.<\/p>\n

Despite the seeming luxury, prices at TM Meadows start at N21million, with installment plans of up to 24-months for payment. Construction is set to start by March and would run for 24-months.<\/p>\n
