To find the 2017 boomtowns, SmartAsset analyzed data from 572 of the largest cities in the U.S. based on five factors: population change, <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/sell-your-home-online-fast\/\">housing<\/a> growth rate, unemployment, annual change in the unemployment rate, and GDP growth rate.
