Homework, he said, intended to deliver on the projects within a short period and that the affordable mini estates would be spread across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a new demand for these apartments and there are people that need them for investment and related purposes since they are affordable.\u201dTowards this end, the company would negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers of building equipments to see how they could sell their products at discounted rates in line with the focus of the WAPI summit.<\/p>\n<p>He commended organisers of the summit, saying it has helped vendors and other developers to network with the right partners, financiers, and marketers on available and intended projects.Adekola explained that the company has made remarkable progress in resolving <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/affordable-housing-markets-for-buyers\/\">housing<\/a> deficit through its products located at Banana Island, where it has a small gated community of terraces and semi-detached <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/duplex-in-ikota-lekki-phase-1-lagos\/\">duplexes<\/a> and at Lekki Phase I with Dunvale Terraces.<\/p>\n<p>Other projects include Rowland\u2019s Court, which consists of maisonettes at Elegushi in Lekki; Dunvale Court, an estate of three bedroom and four bedroom terraces as well as units of one and two bedroom apartments, both situated along Orchid <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/choosing-the-perfect-hotel-for-your-stay\/\">Hotel<\/a>, Lekki, Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>To make its products unique, the firm embarks on regular training for its team of architects and engineers in line with modern trends. This has given the company an edge in the market.It also makes use of up-to-date building technology to tackle the challenge of communication in addition to providing identification and security with close circuit television surveillance solutions in its estates. \u201cWe also took into consideration space optimisation, comfort, child-friendly environment and recreation while developing our projects\u201d Adekola revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Following the success recorded so far, the company intends to explore opportunities in other West African countries with products within the reach of the people. \u201cMost people in Africa are looking for low cost <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/really-nice-property-for-sale-in-nigeria\/\">houses<\/a> and because we have done it in Lagos, we will do same in countries in the sub-region,\u201d Adekola added.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the quality of their products speaks for itself and this prompted the accolades received from visitors, subscribers and real estate stakeholders at the summit.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on Homework\u2019s projects, the Senior Manager, Real Estate Finance (West Africa) at Stanbic IBTC, Tola Akinhanmi said the firm has surpassed its competitors within its short entrant in the industry.
