class=\"wp-caption-text\">Governor Ishaku<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Attempt by the Taraba State government to ensure balanced and stable local council administration through the creation of Ngada Special Development Area have resulted to bickerings between the Ngada and Batu-Kamino communities over the ownership of Boko viilage.<\/p>\n<p>Already, people of Batu-Kamino in Kurmi local council had petitioned  the  state governor, Darius Dickson Ishaku,  urging him to intervene  in order to  avoid open hostilities between the two communities.<\/p>\n<p>In the petition signed by Mallam Aliyu Abe Edu, Dauda Ayuba and Daniel Yusuf, the community alleged that since the creation of the special area, peace has eluded  them  because of the action of  Ngada people. <\/p>\n<p>The petitioners alleged that the claims by Ngada people over the ownership of Boko village have made it cumbersome for the Boko people to carry out their legitimate business of farming and logging.<\/p>\n<p>In the petition, which was made available to The Guardian, they said:  \u201cThe people of Ngada Special Development Area are now going beyond the purpose of government creating a development area.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners further alleged that Ngada people have  refused to honour the Chief of Kurmi and the village head of Boko with their notification letter as well as   re-naming some parts of Boko village area.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>\t\t\t<br class=\"clear\"\/><br \/>\n\t\t\t<br class=\"clear\"\/><\/p><\/div>\n<p><a
