\nProspects have brightened for prospective subscribers of multi-million real estate<\/a> developments in Lagos as Deluxe Residences is set to deliver three residential projects this month.<\/p>\n The Managing Director\/Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mr. Emmanuel Odemayowa, disclosed this recently at the official opening and handover ceremony for The Orchard, Oniru, Victoria Island, one of the three completed projects.<\/p>\n Mr. Odemayowa said that under the company\u2019s \u201cA November to Remember\u201d theme, Deluxe Residences will also be officially opening and handing over two other developments this November namely: The Avant Apartments, Ikoyi and the Orchard Lekki.<\/p>\n The Orchard Oniru comprises 16 three-bedroom apartments with maids\u2019 room and two penthouse apartments; The Avant Apartments, Ikoyi comprises eight units of three-bedroom apartments while the Orchard Lekki is made up of 16 units of semi-detached four-bedroom homes.<\/p>\n He said the completion and handover of the real estate developments to their buyers was a testament to the company\u2019s commitment to delivering on its promises and helping reduce the country\u2019s housing<\/a> deficit through quality homes. <\/p>\n \u201cAs an urban developer, Deluxe Residences is built on the principle of commitment to client satisfaction,\u201d he said \u201cOur products\/homes\/residences are timeless, built with materials of the highest quality and delivered to the highest industry standards.
