This can be found on your lease, or you can contact your landlord or agent direct.<\/p>\n<h2>Inform your suppliers<\/h2>\n<p>Contact all of your suppliers to ensure they have your new address. Picture: Getty<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Speak with your insurance provider<\/h2>\n<p>If you have contents insurance, you\u2019ll need to notify your insurance provider about your change of address. You should also inform them of any other changes in circumstances, for example if you\u2019ll be walking to work from your new place or if you\u2019ll be parking your car in a garage. These factors may help you save on your car insurance premium.<\/p>\n<h2>Forward your mail<\/h2>\n<p>The first thing you should do here is to have your mail forwarded while you notify the appropriate parties of your change of address.<\/p>\n<p>Despite your best attempt to notify others about your change of address, the odd letter may still arrive for you at your old rental from time to time.
