IN its effort to make housesavailable and at affordable cost, to all strata of the society, Pertinence Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development company and owners of ABC Gardens and VIP Gardens, weekend, held its 13th edition of promo launch in Lekki to give opportunity to prospective home owners to get free plots of land and other star prizes.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Specifically, on the occasion of the just-concluded Lekki edition of the promo launch, a brand new car and a free plot of land were won through lucky draws that took place at the venue of the event.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the promo, the duo of Messrs Wisdom Ezekiel and Sunday Olorunsheyi, both Executive Directors at Pertinence Limited, said: \u201cIt feels good to be part of the action in Lekki axis, as volume of business transactions in the Mainland cannot be compared to the volume of business transactions going on in Lekki and its environs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Advising Lekki residents to take advantage of the promo launch, the duo said: \u201cHere on the Island, we have a number of estates located in various places. But the biggest one that we want everyone to take advantage of, is the one at Lakowe, off Lagos\/Epe Expressway with a Golf Course.<\/p>\n

Luxury and security<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Gulf Course at Lakowe Lakes in Lakowe is where everybody has been eyeing to be part of whatever is happening there. By privilege, we have our estate right inside the Gulf Course, and those that are looking at comfort, leisure, luxury and security should look towards Lakowe which is selling cheap presently because of our promo on the project.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also have two estates at different locations in Ibeju\/Lekki. If you look at Ibeju\/Lekki which is named the new Lagos because of the Free Trade Zone, sea port, Dangote Refinery, airport and other blue chip projects coming there, everything on the Mainland and Island is moving there now. So, it is just wise that people should take advantage of these projects and invest there.<\/p>\n

This is why we have positioned ourselves there. For now, you can get a plot there for N2 million, but I bet you that in the next 10 years, we will be talking of something in the range of N50 million and above for a plot of land in that axis. You know land is tangible unlike capital markets where prices of shares fluctuate. Investment in land is ever growing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The executive directors who said somebody was going to win a free plot of land while another winner of a brand new car was also going to emerge at the promo launch, added that the company had never failed in honouring its promises to people. He said that integrity is what has kept them in business wherever they have their locations across the countries.<\/p>\n

According to them, \u201cthe promo launch is for anyone interested in real estate, whether the question in your heart is how to buy a safe plot of land in Nigeria without the usual Omonile harassment, or how to start your own real estate business<\/a> in Nigeria, or perhaps, your concerns even border on affordability, how to get a land in Lagos and its environs for as low as N20,000, N40,000, N60,000 and there abouts, insisting that this same opportunity is for you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
