In fact, it\u2019s needed now more than ever, according to brokers who presented at the \u201cNew Strategies for Engaging Consumers\u201d session. But some technology can be good\u2014even necessary\u2014to consistently engage with customers, as well as give them the attention they need and information they want. \u201cIf you\u2019re only using old-school approaches, that consumer will be picked up by another company that\u2019s targeting them and helping them out before you\u2019re even aware they\u2019re a client,\u201d said panelist John Murray, president of Realty Pilot and Key Realty.<\/p>\n
