A month and change into 2017, how are your resolutions doing? “My what?” you may ask. If you have already given up on exercise because you never find the time, fitness site Darebee.com<\/a> devised a 15-minute exercise plan you can do almost anywhere.<\/p>\n

The plan uses six quick movements repeated from 10 times (push-ups) to 40 (punches), with the six stages repeated three times for maximum effectiveness.<\/p>\n

None of the exercises require any equipment, although loose, comfortable clothing is a must. The site says that the routine offers<\/a> a “high burn” but is suitable for beginners to benefit the full body.<\/p>\n
