Sometimes agents are selling their own homes (imagine the tumble weed\u2026) or family member\u2019s properties, plus almost every agent has a good relationship with their vendor and may take rude comments about their property personally.<\/p>\n Keep in mind that agency systems are quite sophisticated these days with tablets and CRM<\/a> systems. Whatever information you disclose could be captured on a system that multiple agents are privy to, so make sure your feedback is constructive.<\/p>\n Lastly, try and track down the agent\u00a0\u2013 or linger politely if they\u2019re chatting to other house hunters\u00a0\u2013 to say thank you and goodbye.
