Facilities include clubhouse, love garden, gym\/wellness place and a mini mart for purchase of everyday items by residents.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Ahaji Mohammed Musa Bello who unveiled the estate, observed that the FCT administration sees the project as a gesture of goodwill and a demonstration of confidence in the present administration\u2019s effort to address the <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/sell-your-home-online-fast\/\">housing<\/a> deficit and attract foreign investment.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that when an accelerated mass housing estate was embarked upon by the previous administrations in the FCT, it was intended to accommodate all strata of the society, but the vision was derailed resulting to many vacant <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/really-nice-property-for-sale-in-nigeria\/\">houses<\/a> due to high cost being charged by developers.<\/p>\n<p>Bello stressed the need for developers to adhere to stipulated guidelines for housing development.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the company\u2019s Managing Director, Mr. Darl Uzu explained that each family unit has four bedrooms, all en-suite, two sitting rooms and a boy\u2019s quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The estate has concealed drain, private water supply;
