In the suit filed before a Federal High Court Asaba, Delta State, the construction company (plaintiff) is contending the alleged action of the commission restraining them access to a property, named Guinea House on Marine Road, Apapa in Lagos State.<\/p>\n

Joined as Second, Third and Fourth defendants in the suit are the Delta State Government, Delta State Ministry of Lands and Survey and Delta State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, respectively.<\/p>\n

At the last adjourned date, the trial judge, Okon Abang explained that the new date was chosen after due consultation with counsel in light of the pending applications before the court.<\/p>\n

Several documents have already been admitted by the court in the matter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
