That area gets the highest prediction in the country. Meanwhile, REALTORS\u00ae expect\u00a0 lower price increases in oil-producing states such as Texas: 2 percent to 3 percent over the next 12 months, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, REALTORS\u00ae are more optimistic about price increases this year than last. In 39 states, the expected home price change over the next 12 months is higher than the expected price change from one year ago.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/realtormag.realtor.org\/sites\/realtormag.realtor.org\/files\/rmo_files\/images\/2017_jun\/NAR%20price%20expectation_REV.png\" style=\"width: 620px; height: 448px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>REALTORS\u00ae also report more competitiveness in their markets due to low inventory. Buyers are having to make stronger <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/tips-for-house-price-negotiation\/\">offers<\/a>, too.
