In addition to the prospect of a good return on investment, investing in this project will qualify investors for permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 programme.<\/p>\n<p>Eighteen25 condominium project consists of approximately\u00a0240 units\u00a0in an\u00a0eight-story building and a total of 62,500 SF or 1.4348 acres. The plan comprises three floors of parking with five floors of residential units. The project site is\u00a0an entire block in Downtown Houston.<\/p>\n<p>The project is being developed in partnership with\u00a0Allied Realty, a Houston based multifamily developer founded in 1985.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cHouston EB5 maintains our focus on helping foreign investors achieve permanent United States residency. We have achieved an important milestone: the first I-829 approvals for Astoria and I-526 Marlowe, two of our luxury residential projects in Houston.<\/p>\n<p>I-829 approvals signify that Houston EB5 has\u00a0created the promised number of jobs\u00a0per investor for the project, and several investors are\u00a0approved for permanent U.S. residency.<\/p>\n<p>Astoria is a signature high-rise development in the Galleria area that sold out a year before it was completed. EB-5 investors committed $1 million each to the project, one of the few of its kind in the U.S.; investors are starting to receive I-829 approvals.<\/p>\n<p>Marlowe is a luxury high-rise in the heart of downtown Houston, essential to providing residential capacity in line with rapid business development in the area.
