The National Association of REALTORS\u00ae\u2019 CEO Dale Stinton was recently recognized for his significant impact to the organization and in shaping the real estate<\/a> industry. Stinton was one of three CEOs of real estate organizations to receive the first T3 Visionary Award from the Swanepoel T3 Group at an event on May 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

NAR CEO Dale Stinton was recognized at the first Visionary Awards at the T3 Summit last Friday. <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Stinton was honored at the event along with Alex Perriello, CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group, and Spencer Rascoff, CEO of Zillow Group.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese three exceptional leaders have changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of REALTORS\u00ae,\u201d said Stefan Swanepoel, chairman and CEO of the Swanepoel T3 Group.<\/p>\n

Stinton has served 24 years in various executive positions at NAR, including chief financial officer. For the past 12 years, he has been NAR\u2019s CEO, and is the longest-tenured chief executive in the association\u2019s 109-year history. Stinton will be retiring at the end of the year.<\/p>\n

\u201cStinton will forever be remembered as the executive that introduced a business-minded approach to the nonprofit world of NAR,\u201d said Swanepoel.<\/p>\n

Also honored at the event was the former CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group. Perriello started as a real estate agent<\/a> to later lead<\/a> the Realogy Franchise Group, the largest real estate group in the world. He led real estate brands like Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, and Sotheby\u2019s International Realty until his retirement on April 1. He was recently succeeded by John Peyton.<\/p>\n

Spencer Rascoff is the CEO of Zillow Group and oversees the company\u2019s portfolio of real estate brands, such as Zillow, Trulia, StreetEasy, HotPads, and Naked Apartments. He helped launch Zillow in 2005.<\/p>\n
