But how much more are they willing to pay for a home with a good view?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/estate-agents-nearby\/\">Realtor<\/a>.com\u00ae\u2019s research team compared the prices of <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/homes-for-sale-near-abijo-in-lekki\/\">homes for sale<\/a> on its site that highlight sought-after views and then compared those homes to similar-sized properties in adjacent ZIP codes that don\u2019t make any special note of a great view. (Note: Many of the homes with the best views are in luxury buildings that also <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/tips-for-house-price-negotiation\/\">offer<\/a> locations convenient to top attractions.)<\/p>\n<p>Some of the most famous views that are commanding the highest premiums, according to realtor.com\u00ae\u2019s research team, are:<\/p>\n<p>1. Manhattan, N.Y.: Central Park<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Median list price for homes with views: $3,795,000<\/li>\n<li>View premium: 39.9%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. San Francisco, Calif.: Golden Gate Bridge<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Median list price for homes with views: $2,450,000<\/li>\n<li>View premium: 33.1%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Miami Beach, Fla.: South Beach<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Median list price for homes with views: $944,000<\/li>\n<li>View premium: 103.4%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Chicago, Ill.: Lake Michigan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Median list price for homes with views: $525,000<\/li>\n<li>View premium: 96.8%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.
