This includes the process of leveraging consumer data to determine patterns, trends, and preferences to make more informed business decisions.<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"0.98214285714286\">\n<p><strong>Read more<\/strong>: VR Headsets May Be Real Estate&#8217;s Game Changer<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s technologies provide home buyers with more opportunities than ever to connect with us,\u201d a spokesperson with David Weekley Homes said of the survey. \u201cUsing big data to analyze and understand their journeys will allow us to make informed decisions on how to create and deliver the best homebuying experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The survey of builders revealed the most important areas of innovation in the homebuilding industry:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big data\/analytics: 40%<\/li>\n<li>Robotics\/automation: 20%<\/li>\n<li>Super materials: 18%<\/li>\n<li>Other: 12% (which included smart home technology, value engineering, and <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/the-benefits-of-solar-roofing-for-your-home\/\">energy<\/a> efficiency)<\/li>\n<li>Artificial intelligence\/virtual reality apps: 11%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further, builders say they are focused this year on hiring talent to their team members.
