Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is teaming up with China\u2019s largest international property website, Juwai.com, to attract wealthy Chinese buyers who are looking to buy a home in the U.S.<\/p>\n
Under the agreement, about 2 million monthly users of Juwai.com and Juwai.com\/luxe will be able to browse Berkshire Hathaway\u2019s residential listings. Berkshire is the real estate<\/a> affiliate of billionaire investor Warren Buffet\u2019s Berkshire Hathaway.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Chinese have overtaken all nationalities besides Americans as the leading buyers of property in the U.S.,\u201d says Gino Blefari, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. \u201cOur efforts through Juwai.com, and through existing marketing agreements with The Wall Street Journal\/Asia and Mansion Global Wechat Channel, make it much easier for Chinese real estate buyers<\/a> to find and shop our property listings.\u201d<\/p>\n The latest agreement with Juwai.com includes a banner ad campaign and a homepage on the site.
