Forty-two percent of homes sold in February were listed<\/a> for less than a month across the country, according to the latest data release from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae. Brown warns. He emphasizes it\u2019s important for buyers to get a preapproval<\/a> from a lender<\/a>, know their budget, and begin talking to a REALTOR\u00ae early on about their housing wants and needs.<\/p>\n\n \u201cHomes in many areas are selling faster than they were last spring,\u201d Brown says. \u201cA buyer\u2019s idea of a dream home in a popular neighborhood is probably the same as many others.
