Believe it or not, waiting to put a house on the market when flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees are at peak color can make a big difference in how fast a home sells and at what price. That&#8217;s one of the tips in a special show on the spring selling season on &#8220;Real Estate Today,&#8221; the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae&#8217; consumer-facing radio show.<\/p>\n\n<p>The show is a top story in the latest Voice for <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/property-center-nigeria\/\">Real Estate<\/a> news video from NAR, which also looks at a recent scam in which cyber criminals tried to collect fees from Florida real estate professionals by sending them realistic invoices from the &#8220;Florida Board of Realtors&#8221;\u2014a group that doesn\u2019t exist. Also in the video is a look at why young households are getting back into the market after being hit hard during the last economic downturn.<\/p>\n\n<p>Legislative coverage in the video looks at two positive developments: a slowdown in a rule NAR opposes that would make responsible development harder in areas that have small bodies of water, as well as signs of progress on federal flood <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/what-us-insurance-companies-offer-the-best-workers-compensation-insurance\"   title=\"insurance\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">insurance<\/a> reauthorization.
