\nSpeaking with newsmen in Lagos, Mr. Olukayode Olusanya, Chief Executive Officer, Oak Homes said the company is set to redefine luxury living in the estate.
\nAccording to him, no fewer than 90 units of varied luxury apartments<\/a> nestled on 21,000 metres square parcel of land in Ikota, area of Lagos will soon be ready for occupation for home owners desirous of having a roof over their heads.

\nOlusanya explained that with a population now estimated to be more than 180 million people, it is believed that more than one million housing units yearly is required to reduce the current housing deficits of about 17 million to avert housing crisis by 2020.
