\"\"Meet the 50 finalists vying for a seat in the 30 Under 30 class of 2017, and, starting today, you can vote to help one of these candidates win REALTOR\u00ae Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Web Choice Award.<\/p>\n

In its 17th year, REALTOR\u00ae Magazine’s 30 Under 30 program recognizes young real estate<\/a> professionals who have demonstrated a propensity for solid customer service, a creative marketing strategy, and an appetite for success. They must be members of the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae who are under the age of 30.<\/p>\n

The competition was fierce\u00a0among more than 300 applicants, but these 50 young entrepreneurs survived three rounds of tough judging to make it to the pool of finalists. Some of the candidates submitted videos with their application, which can be viewed on REALTOR\u00ae Magazine’s 30 Under 30 YouTube playlist.<\/p>\n

The finalists include an environmentalist turned real estate sustainability expert, a former real estate photographer who avoided homelessness by becoming an agent, the CEO of a real estate tech company, a mountain property specialist, first-generation Americans to fourth-generation real estate entrepreneurs, and everyone in between.<\/p>\n

Read more about the finalists in their online profiles, and vote from noon CT on Friday, March 17, through noon CT on Friday, March 24. You may vote once every 24 hours per IP address for each candidate. The finalist who collects the most votes will be named the Web Choice Award winner and is guaranteed a spot among this year’s 30 Under 30. Judges will select the other 29 honorees from the field of 50 finalists, and the results will be announced Monday, March 27, at noon CT.
