Homeowners\u2019 estimates of values were, on average, 1.69 percent higher than appraisers\u2019 home value opinions in February, according to Quicken Loans\u2019 National <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/tips-for-house-price-negotiation\/\">Home Price<\/a> Perception Index. The gap has been detected every month since February 2015.<\/p>\n<p>A few metros are running counter to national trends with appraiser opinions actually higher than what homeowners expected.
