Those in the market to buy tend to have to get very tight with their finances. Help them keep the big picture in mind of one day being able to move into their own home for all of their financial trade-offs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irritation number two: Waiting to decorate.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buyers are often so excited about their new home, and they want to furnish every square inch. But it\u2019s not smart to overspend on furnishings before you move in. \u201cIf you make any major purchases on credit, this can impact your credit score and debt-to-income ratio, causing you to no longer qualify for your\u00a0<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/get-real-estate-loan-for-real-estate-investors\"   title=\"loan\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">loan<\/a>,\u201d warns Cara Ameer, a <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/property-center-nigeria\/\">real estate<\/a> pro in Ponte Verda, Fla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irritation number three: The seller leaves stuff behind.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buyers can become annoyed when they go to move in and find the home hasn\u2019t been totally cleared of the seller\u2019s belongings, and not only that, the home looks like an episode from \u201cHoarders.\u201d Sellers are to leave the home clean and free of debris. But that doesn\u2019t mean buyers don\u2019t occasionally find half-used bags of potting soil or old milk crates lying around.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irritation number four: Sellers who take too much.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certain fixtures stay with the home when it\u2019s sold, but that doesn\u2019t stop some sellers from occasionally trying to take even more with them.\u201cI had an angry seller who removed all of the lightbulbs from the house just before closing \u2026 and the buyer had to purchase all new lightbulbs for the house,\u201d says Wendy Flynn, a real estate pro with Keller Williams in College Station, Texas. Combat problems and read: The Pain of Fixture Feuds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irritation number five: Not knowing how everything works.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After moving in, buyers may realize the sprinkler system and the appliances aren\u2019t so easy to operate.
