The median expected increase in home prices across the country is 3.5 percent, according to the REALTORS\u00ae Confidence Index January 2017 survey, based on the responses of more than 3,800 REALTORS\u00ae across the country.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote readability=\"1.1702127659574\">\n<p><strong>Read more<\/strong>: <span class=\"l\">Home Prices Are Soaring to New Highs<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>REALTORS\u00ae are most bullish about rising <a href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/blog\/tips-for-house-price-negotiation\/\">home price<\/a> expectations in Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/amazingproperty.com.ng\/apartment\"   title=\"Real estate\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Real estate<\/a> pros in those states believe they will see 4 to 5 percent increases in values over the next year.
