The real estate brokerage Redfin identified these cities through its Compete Score, which measures the number of competing offers<\/a> on a property,\u00a0the number of waived contingencies\u00a0(such as inspection and appraisal),\u00a0how much a property sells above the asking price,\u00a0and the number of days on the market.<\/p>\n
