The REALTOR\u00ae Code of Ethics requires REALTORS\u00ae to provide equal service on the basis of these protected classes, as well as\u00a0on the basis of\u00a0sexual orientation and gender identity.<\/p>\n \u201cFair Housing Month\u00a0honors the sacrifices and tenacity shown by so many during the fight to expand equal access to housing in America,\u201d says NAR President Charlie Oppler. \u201cThis month also presents an opportunity to remember the critical role all REALTORS\u00ae play in this ongoing effort, and all the work that remains in front of us.
