Oak Homes Boosts Affordable Housing Delivery

To address the issue of housing deficit in the country, Oak Homes Limited has launched a new housing model.
Speaking with newsmen in Lagos, Mr. Olukayode Olusanya, Chief Executive Officer, Oak Homes said the company is set to redefine luxury living in the estate.
According to him, no fewer than 90 units of varied luxury apartments nestled on 21,000 metres square parcel of land in Ikota, area of Lagos will soon be ready for occupation for home owners desirous of having a roof over their heads.
He said, “Our developments are such that there is everything for everyone, even amongst the categories of people that we have as our market there is still the category of upper scale and lower scale and so what that means is that if you need housing units in Ikoyi it is very much available, if you want a two, three bedroom apartment we have, Penthouse, a terrace , a semi detached houses we have. It depends on your interest and what you can afford”
Olusanya explained that with a population now estimated to be more than 180 million people, it is believed that more than one million housing units yearly is required to reduce the current housing deficits of about 17 million to avert housing crisis by 2020.
He said, “Oak Homes intends to build the homes in upscale locations and serene environment like Oniru , Victoria Island and Ikoyi as some of the selected upscale locations where you can find projects from Oak Homes Limited with a guarantee of luxury , individuality and security specifically put in place by the organisation.
