*Three passport photograph
*Copy of approved building plan, Copy of tenement rate receipt (occupied)
*Copy of letter addressed to executive secretary (LUAC), stating all documents attached as above. Typed with application address and collection of acknowledgementship (LUAC). The LUAC will then publish for 21 days obligation notice in any National Newspaper. Back
