ERA Real Solutions Realty, serving the Cincinnati-Columbus corridor in Ohio, was named ERA’s national company of the year due to the firm’s significant growth and dedication to giving back to the local community.

Headed by broker-owner Jeremy Raby, the company has seen a 250 percent increase in agent count since joining the ERA franchise network in 2010 with two offices and 50 independent sales associates mainly serving the Cincinnati region. The brokerage leveraged mergers and acquisitions to create an adjoining service area that spans from Cincinnati to Columbus, which includes diverse markets ranging from urban to suburban to a vacation home area. The firm’s operations now include five offices and more than 175 associates.
“Jeremy and his entire team capture and personify ERA’s spirit of ambitious growth goals, while at the same time staying highly attuned to serving today’s sophisticated consumer,” says Sue Yannaccone, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. “With an eye for opportunity and a reputation for execution, Jeremy Raby exemplifies the next generation of leadership for not only the ERA network but for the entire real estate industry.”
Raby attributes his company’s success, in part, to its strong culture of collaboration and teamwork. “Our affiliation with ERA Real Estate has fueled incredible momentum for our firm and allowed us to transform the way we do business by creating a unique competitive advantage for us in our market,” he says.
The Gene Francis Memorial Award, given annually by ERA Real Estate to its top all-around company, was presented to ERA Real Solutions Realty at the ERA’s 2017 International Business Conference in Dallas last weekend. According to ERA, high customer satisfaction ratings, strong brand engagement and use of ERA resources, and sales and company growth are factored into the award selection process.
In addition to ERA Real Solutions Realty’s strategic growth between two anchoring cities, the brokerage also regularly gives back to its communities. Most recently, Raby’s firm supported ERA’s MDA Summer Camp Challenge, helping send children with muscular dystrophy to a barrier-free summer camp.
“ERA Real Solutions Realty has a history of maintaining high personal and ethical standards, demonstrating a strong business sense, and modeling a commitment to ERA Real Estate and its community—all while driving measurable growth in transactions, sales volume, per person productivity and sales rate,” according to the award statement from ERA Real Estate.
