Homework Development and Properties Limited, a leading real estate company in Nigeria, has commenced work on one of its new mini estates with units ranging from one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats as well as three and four-bed terraces dubbed Dunvale Court, as part of its efforts in ensuring provision of affordable luxury property in the country.

Director, Homework Development and Properties Limited, Jide Adekola, an architect, assured that the mini estate, which is currently ongoing and up for sale off plan, would feature innovative architectural designs.

For easy purchase, Adekola said subscribers could make 40 per cent advance payment with the balance spread over 12 months, pointing out that the off-plan sale for the one-bedroom apartment is N15,000,000, N25,000,000 for two-bedroom flat, N38,000,000 for three- bedroom terraces, while the four-bedroom terrace apartment is being sold for N48,000,000.
